Refunds (if applicable)
Once your payment towards beneficiary is returned, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned payment. We will also notify you of the payment reinitiating or rejection of the payment leading to refund. If you are approved, then your payment will be processed again, and in case you reject a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
