Position: Business Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying prospective clients, reaching out to key stakeholders, pursuing inbound leads, and generating outbound leads.
  • Creating, Owning, a clear sales funnel.
  • Owning accounts across its entire lifecycle.
  • Lead nurturing, Sales closure, Implementation & Go-Live (along with product team), Customer success, Feedback, and Relationship management.
  • Working closely with Business Manager on both the business and product side.
  • Highlight client requirements.
  • Keep a close update on industry trends & provide feedback on product.

Requirements and Skills

  • 0-2 years of experience in Outbound sales (SaaS/ Fintech/Enterprise solutions) • BFSI / NBFC sales preferred
  • Prior experience in Payment/Payment Gateway for Enterprise solutions preferred • Excellent presentation & communication skills

  • Fair understanding of financial technology work
